TaylorMade by Crystal is a minority owned, woman-owned small business. We produce high-quality custom products designed with the customer in mind. We offer a wide variety of products, in a wide variety of categories, and we can support all sizes of orders. Whether you need a single shirt for a special occasion, or a bulk order of cups for your next corporate function, we are the one to get it done! In addition to our pre-designed products, we offer custom design services, and would love to work with you to create something just for you!

Shop Policies
All products are custom made to order at the time of order placement. As such, all orders are final, and no refunds, returns or replacements will be issued. If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive a different item than what you ordered, you must notify the shop within 24 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damage or discrepancy. Circumstances such as these will be deemed policy exceptions, and, if the issue was caused by our shop, a replacement will be sent.
All shipments include insurance coverage to cover the cost of the product. If your order shipment is lost in transit, please notify the shop immediately so that a claim can be initiated and a replacement order sent. This process may result in a delayed shipment as we work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please direct any and all questions to the shop at taylormadebycrystal@gmail.com.
